Report label

You may have to add questions and answers in your survey with long descriptions which become difficult to capture in the reports (dashboard and raw data exported in Excel or CSV format). With the help of report label you can add a short description to such questions and answers making it easy to capture in reports.

You can add report labels from either settings or compact view. To add report label from settings:

• Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Edit » Workspace.
• Click on the add question button. Add all the questions those are required in your survey.

• Click on settings. Go to metadata section where you will see report label text box. Enter the short description here. For example, for the NPS question shown below you can enter report label as "Possibility of recommending our products".
• Click on the icon on the right corner of report label section.

• A pop-up will appear where you can enter report labels (short description) for all questions and answers. Close the pop-up.

In place of long description of the question, the short description defined under report label is displayed on the dashboard and export data.
